Bertie’s Diary Blimey! I’ve had a VERY different day! My owner (Mrs Roscoe) took me to some school called Glenaire. It’s filled with leprechauns! Anyway, it was really fun. We had a walk in a large garden. There were so many places to run about! I still had to stay on my dreaded leash though. There were loads of new smells and I could hear the sound of rustling leaves as my paws hit them. Then Mrs Roscoe tried to calm me down but failed. She took me over to the edge of the path. I could see children coming! Two of the girls looked creepily alike! It was soooo hot so I started panting. One of the girls came over and tickled me on the tummy. Ah, I love getting my tummy tickled! Oh, I feel a bit sleepy. I think I’ll have my third nap of the day….
Bettie Blimey I’ve had a very different day. On the 29 Th of May I got to meet yr5 they were so nice. This girl was tasty her arm tasted like salt and vinegar chips yum .I could feel the fresh breeze on my face it was nice to see fresh grass swaying in the breeze .I stopped for a minute to see that all the blue bells and tulips popping out of there in casement .When I turned around there waiting for me was a bowl of freezing, cold water .I could smell a faint puff of rabbits and deer .While I was having my tummy scratched I chewed a succulent stick. I hope I can come back again to see yr5! Everybody thought I was an adorable pup. That’s all Dear Diary from Bettie
Bertie’s Diary. Tuesday 29th of May. Dear Diary, Blimey! I have had a VERY different day … My kind owner (Mrs Roscoe) took me to a weird building called Glenaire. (Before I realized it was a school I thought it was a unknown planet in outer space.) I could see the emerald grass swaying side to side in the cool breeze. Suddenly I saw five children approaching towards me. Behind the five children I saw the glimmering sun creeping through the large trees. I felt so nervous as a blond haired girl reached out to stroke me. You could tell that I was excited because I rolled other a girl with twinkling brown eyes, as I did I smelt her delightful perfume. When they finally stood up I knew it was time for them to go. I loved it at Glenaire and I hope I come again soon!
Today I have been to a lovely school glenaire all the people were kind to me.

Even though I was hot and botherd a lovely lady brought me a bowl of warter (yum yum).When I saw a porson that had not come to see me I was upset. How kind were the people that fussed me.If I could I would love to come back.
I have to go my mum said I need to go to the toilet and go to bed (good by for now). Night night.

When I saw all the people I got extremely giddy especially when they started rubbing and scratting me. Although that the people were new to me I acted like I already knew them. I could smell all of the petite flowers and the luscious pollen inside them. My lovely owner kept tugging at my lead and I was really energetic. I could feel the summer breezes hitting against my face and the juicy grass swaying under my paws. I was really confident with all the people. They were all very excited to see me and very depressed to go but they kept coming back for more. I wish they could stay but they had to go. I feel absolutely exhausted now. I hope I see them next time. BYE! BYE!
Dear diary, I’ve had a very different day .My owner Mrs Roscoe took me to Glenaire (that’s where she probably disappears of to)When I got there I saw lots of different and unusual faces. I felt cheerful and giddy I ate the shimmering grass. As I was digging the grass felt smooth on my slimy tongue. I could feel the people’s hands the were so smooth. Whenever I got stroked I felt very important. Although I wanted to get of my lead I couldn’t (unfortunately)Despite me thinking that im important Mrs roscoe said I wasn’t.
Firstly when I saw the Glenaire children I was very exited . When they started stroking I felt very special . After a while I got extremely firstly so this kind lady got me some.
When I had a drink I wet my ears I didn't mean to. My ears are so long there are like elephant ears . I lade down when I was drinking I heard my owner say I am so lazy. After we had a drink I rolled over and people stroked my tummy I was very peaceful
After I had a drink I felt very refreshed it felt so nice I could smell the pollen it nearly made me sneezed.
Blimay I’ve had a good time and it was a different day today. I was so loveble at that time when I was being stocked by loads of children. When I was out I could see glimmering green grass. If I was at home at that time I would have be bored but I was at school. After one groop came I was cold and I could be cute. While I was getting the grass I was thinking I was cheerful. While I was being stroked I was being cute for the children I was delighted to see different children and it was quite fun. I could see ladybirds
My afternoon at Glenaire I had a happy day today seeing all them kids. I wish that I can go back agan.At the start I was scared and worried but that was just at the start.My mum threw a twig to me. I was that happy that I was even wiggling my tail and I was rolling over on my back for people to stroke my belly. When they did come out I was really scared but after a while people was stroking me. If they hurt me ill hurt them back .When I got home I was worn out I went straight to sleep .ZZZZZZZZZZZZZ
I had a happy day today I liked my belly tickled by kayleigh I was sniffing at people. After a while I was excited a lot I loved today I was happy so much . Also I liked everyone. If they like me I like them to. When I got a stick it fell out of my mouth. I like the people so much. I love the kids sooooo much I hope I will see them agan I liked the wldlife so much It was fun so much I will see you soon. And I will see you again.

When the first humans came towards me I was worried about what they would do. Eventually, I got used to them and I was sad when they left.
While I was waiting for the next group I saw the emerald grass swaying from side to side. I thought the sound of the birds sweetly singing was sensational and I loved it.
After a while the next group came and they looked very nervous but I didn't mind (they probably looked how I looked to the first group.)
One of them was so confident I think she had a dog as well. It didn't take long for them to get used to me. I really enjoyed all the attention like getting my tummy rubbed and my head stroked. They were making such a big fuss of me. It was like they had never seen a dog before!
When they left I wanted to cry (Boo Hoo!) I gave them big puppy eyes but even that didn't work.
Finally it was time to go. I didn't want to go. I loved all the attention I was getting through the afternoon. I WANT TO COME BACK!
I walked nervously into the huge gates. I saw the trees calling my name Berty, Berty, come here. I so wanted to charge to them. I got told off instead. When I got near some trees I went to the toilet - that felt good I thought. While the strangers came and stroked me, I felt timid at first but I started settling in. If they hurt me I would of yelped but nobody harmed me so I'm fine. After the groups had finished I started to miss them so I barked. I would definitely come back.
First of all I went for a walk like I normally do but I was at a very different place. I was i a nature area and I've never seen this before. When I was in the nature area I was very giddy because there were loads of different people and I wanted a stroke. There were these really long pieces of grass and I liked to chew on them. My owner told me to sit so I could chew on the really really long pieces of grass. Whilst I was sitting I was getting an itchy back because of bugs. While I was on my back I was getting stroked on my belly. If I get scared they will let me have my space.
Today I went to Glenaire and met a lot of children. The air was very hot and the air smelt like water and I went into a garden. I had no idea why. I then saw some children and they were doing work on me. When they left 6 more came if they hadn't seen me. Then they stroked me. They smelt different. They were kind. One of them gave me a stroke. I thought it was Christmas while they were there. A teacher was there with a board with paper. After they took me back there was a different teacher. Then I went home with mum.
I met all the children in the nature garden. I was rolling around like a pig on a roaster! I was very playful on that day and wouldn't site because I was very excited. After I licked all the children's hands I had to say goodbye. I was sad. Despite me playing I tried not to bite anyone. While I was rolling it was fun.
When I first saw the bunch of children coming towards me I was so really excited and I thought they would bring me a yummy dog treat but unforcanatly they didn’t bring me one so I had to do without one. So when they started stroking me I felt like I was the king of all human kind because of all the chilled relaxed belly rubs and tickles! Also when the other group came they looked like they were going to explode because of all the excited smiley faces. After a while I thought this is the life… then SUDDENLY a refreshing breeze was kicking in but I wasn’t cold I was cosy and warm and I’m glad I came here because I get to be spoiled! If I wasn’t here right now I would be at home just eating dog food and drinking clear water and sometimes if I get scared I do a little poopy on the bright wooden floor! Plus I wouldn’t have been cuddled a lot or being tickled by a lovely teacher but I can’t really remember the teachers name.
It’s so good to be alive! It feels like an amazing dream but if it was a dream I would never want to leave! And if it turns into a nightmare I won’t be scared because I have flossed sharp teeth so I can chew up those monster like a chew toy!
When they left I was a bit depressed but surely we will see each other again. But now I’ve got to go because my belly is rumbling like mad. BYE!
I was so happy to meet year 5. I bet Year 5 think I am clever. I could see the rough cracks in the trees and I could feel the great shining grass on my paws. When I was walking around I could smell the gorgeous flowers. While some people were stroking me I was very relaxed. Despite the weather being warm I was still happy to meet them. My mummy said I was a good boy and she loves me. I had to say goodbye to my new friends.
Today I went into a lovely garden with my owner and lots of children came into the garden and were stroking me and it felt silky when they stroked me. Then I tried to show off by rolling on the luminous green grass and eating and chewing a stick. It was a but tasty and it felt rough inside my mouth. Then I started digging the smooth grass and mud up. While they were stroking me I felt special because I never have seen so many children. When the children came at first I was scared until they started stroking me and then I knew they weren't going to hurt me. If they did hurt me I would of had to defend myself. After I went home to have a sleep because it has been a long day.
I met some great kids today and they are from Glenaire. one of them smelt like he ha a dog so I nibbled his finger and I hope he didn't mind. My mum gave me some grass and I had to sit and she called me a good boy. I wanted more and more. It was so fun. Despite me jumping up I think they had a fun time. This boy had a weird haircut. He was called Lui. He looked like a monster of Glenaire. However I am glad to be home out of the chaos. I hope I can come back.
I was happy seeing people. I was rolling in grass because I was nervous. When I was digging it was hot. I was panting while my belly got tickled. After I jumped quickly on a girl my owner pulled me off. I was glad to be outside because I don't like being inside all the time. I was trying to find a bone.
My owner took me to Glenaire Primary so Year 5 could see me. When the first group came out in the wildlife garden I felt very excited because they were giving me lots of attention. One of the children said I was very lovable. At first I felt very nervous when I saw the children were coming to me. After that group had gone I lay on the smooth grass. The grass was very cold because I spilled water on the floor whilst I was scratching. Although I wanted to go off the lad my ownder said No!. But I still had the best time ever.
Kayleigh tickled my belly for me and I liked being tickled. While Sammy stroked me I felt happy. I liked her. I was happy. I had a happy day today and I liked it seeing all the people. While they were there I got a twig. All the people were exciting too. I hope the people liked me. I liked them. I really loved my day.
First we got into the lovely car and drove to Glenaire. I was so excited I think I was about to pee. When we arrived at the office, my tail was wagging rapidly. As I walked into the garden , I could smell lovely flowers. Secondly, red table came to us. They treated me like a god. Then green table came. Blake looked a little scared of me. After that blue table followed on. They were so kind. Later orange table came. It was like I was in heaven with them. Last of all yellow came. They gave me a lovely massage. It was so nice to see the Y5. After, mum took me home.

I’ve been to an amazing place.
