  2. I think that thge mystery pumpkins have got baby giants inside them because the pumpkins look very fat. When the pumpkins are opened the giants will hach and the giants will roam around and eat all the children. Then they would eat all the adults too. They would all have silly names like Bottlem Snuzz and Bloodeater. They will because they havent had a wash in years. They will be very old even though they are only babies. When they have eaten people they then start eating all the animals. They are hated by anyone and everyone and if you ever see a pumpkin do not open it.

    The Scary Pumpkin!!!

One dark, gloomy night, I was walking along the side of the road when I saw three scary faced pumpkins glowing in the moonlight. I cautiously took a step towards them. They all looked scary but there was one particularly scary one. Its mouth had been cut roughly with a sharp knife, so it looked like a menacing smile. Its eyes were so small they were hardly there, but you could still see the glint in them. If you cut it open, you could see the green mucus spots inside, which leaked pus.
It smelt like rotting sewage fresh out the gutter. Although the smell made me sick, I thought there was something very cute about all three. It was that they had family and I did not know that pumpkins had families. I started to cry in shock. I saw a silly car speedily rush past and I thought they might have got squashed and I was right, there all in a pile they lie in sorrow.

  4. Everyone died because of the pumpkins.

I saw who lived in the crooked house, she was the one that made the glowing pumpkins. When the pumpkins hatched they were baby giants even though they were growing up fast. When they saw someone or something they ate it. If you had seen it you would be scared to death. When they were tired they hid. People would go anywhere in the night to stay alive. So every night people hid but always ten people in every country disappeared. It was so scary why did it happen? Even the Queen and King got eaten only one person stayed alive.

  5. Scary Pumpkin
One dark night I was walking to see my friend Sumara and something spoke to me, it was a gigantic pumpkin I screamed!
Suddenly I was surrounded by them. Some were small, some large and some were medium. The daddy was gigantic but he didn’t scare me.
Suddenly Sumara appeared and we got surrounded by pumpkins. We screamed! The daddy one made her scream more, it was funny.
Then people went trick or treating. I tried to stop them but they didn’t listen. There were thousands of people, and I mean thousands!
We often laugh about what happened that night.

The Scary Pumpkin 2 (Edited Version)

One dark, gloomy night, I was walking along the side of the road when I saw three scary faced pumpkins glowing in the moonlight. I cautiously took a step towards them. The small one’s mouth had been cut roughly with a sharp knife, and its menacing smile pierced my eyes. Its own eyes were hardly there, but you could still see the glint in them from the flicker of the flame. I looked closer, and I could see the green mucus spots inside, which leaked pus. It smelt like rotten sewage fresh out of the gutter. The smell made me sick, so I started to walk away. Suddenly, a speeding car rushed past and left a squashed orange pile of sorrow.

  7. The Orange Pumpkin
One day I was going trick or treating and I saw a mysterious pumpkin. Its eyes were glowing softly. Not long ago I saw some pumpkins living in a crooked house, whenever I looked at it I saw darkness in its eyes. I thought what’s wrong with this pumpkin. I looked at it very closely one more time and I only just found out that it had no fire inside. Then I realised that it was just a trick. Somebody has tricked me, that’s why it’s called trick or treat. By the time I finished looking at the pumpkin it was time to go home I have finished my fun now.

  9. The Mysterious Pumpkin
Once upon a time after Halloween I saw a Pumpkin. It wasn’t there before so I watched it and it didn’t melt from the fire or lose any parts. It looked more scary than any pumpkin I had ever seen before. So I left it for the night. In the morning it was still there. The light was the same as last night and so was the pumpkin! It still didn’t melt or lose parts, it still had its scary face. My mum tried to lift it but it wouldn’t come out of the ground. It was stuck like glue! So in the end we smashed it up to pieces. by Jack

  10. The Creepy
    Pumpkins !

It started when the pumpkins came to town and they didn’t stop glowing like glowing eyes in the moon light. Whenever someone touched them they would have got the pumpkin touch and everyone would have ran away from them and no one would want to be their friend except when they gave the pumpkin touch to someone else. There is a zombie who lived in a crooked house but couldn’t live in it because he sold pumpkins but only sold a few and the pumpkins was all he had and he had to die because he couldn’t afford to live there. The pumpkins had an evil curse on them it was the zombie that the evil curse on the pumpkins. If anyone went near them someone would have shoved their face in the pumpkins strait away. By Megan !

  11. The Death Pumpkins
On the scariest Halloween ever, an old lady, who lived in a crooked house, was ready to harvest her fruit. But the thing she didn’t want to harvest was the pumpkins. She knew that the pumpkins were haunted and that her pumpkins would come to life and haunt her from dusk to dawn. The old lady thought the only way to get rid of her evil pumpkins was to destroy them. She went to the kitchen to find her sharpest knife but she was too late - the pumpkins smashed through the door and the old lady was never seen ever again.

  19. An old man lived in a crooked house on the side of a cliff. The old man fell down the hill and landed on a huge cursed pumpkin. The pumpkin suddenly started to glow softly. The man suspiciously stared at the pumpkin when it started to talk to him quietly. He was horrified that a pumpkin was talking. He thought he was hearing things but he wasn’t. Whenever he turned round the pumpkin stopped talking. The pumpkin was saying spookily “why did you squash me!”
5 minutes later the man said “I didn’t mean to squash you I fall down the hill.”
Finally the old man happily skipped up the hill towards home.
